Free UK delivery, easy returns

UK mainland standard delivery (3–4 working days) is free. Express delivery (1–2 working days) is £4.99. Delivery to Europe is £14.99 and takes 5–7 working days; this price excludes customs and import duties, which are payable by the customer. Northern Ireland is £9.99. You'll always see the options for your address at checkout.

Delivery times include dispatch from our base in Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire. UK mainland standard delivery takes 3–4 working days and express takes 1–2 working days. Europe takes 5–7 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Yes. You'll get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Yes. We deliver to the UK and across Europe for £14.99, usually in 5–7 working days. The price excludes customs and import duties, which may be charged by the courier on delivery and are payable by the customer. For other countries, email trade@goldenfleece.online.

Yes. You can return unused items in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can't accept change-of-mind returns of bedding or clothing that has been unsealed, used or washed. Email returns@goldenfleece.online first for a returns reference.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll cover it.

Sorry about that. Please email support@goldenfleece.online within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a short video and photos of the parcel, the delivery label and the item, and keep all the packaging. We'll sort out a replacement or refund.

Within 14 days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra working days to show it.
