These terms apply to all orders placed on goldenfleeceonline.co.uk. Please read them before you order. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About us

This website is operated by Golden Fleece Online Ltd, trading as Golden Fleece, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11629490, VAT number GB 386789124). 2. Using our website

You must be at least 18 to place an order. You agree not to misuse our website, for example by introducing viruses, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or copying our content without permission. All content on this website, including text, photographs, the Golden Fleece name and the GF logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

3. Our products

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations in natural fibres are normal. Product measurements are approximate. Our bedding is sold for comfort and home use; we make no medical or health claims about it. For babies under 12 months, please follow safe sleep guidance and use only the fitted and flat sheets in the cot.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. This isn't acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current UK rate. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you to ask whether you want to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Delivery

Our delivery options, costs and timescales are set out in our Delivery policy. Delivery times are estimates. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they're delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Your right to cancel and returns

You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and we also offer 30-day returns on unused items in their original sealed packaging. Full details, including hygiene exceptions for bedding and clothing that has been unsealed, are in our Returns and refunds policy.

8. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they're not, you're entitled to a remedy, as explained in our Returns and refunds policy. Please follow the care instructions supplied with your product.

9. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, for business losses, or for damage caused by misuse or by not following care instructions. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

10. Trade and wholesale customers

If you buy from us in the course of a business, separate trade terms apply and the consumer rights described in these terms don't apply to you. Please contact trade@goldenfleece.online.

11. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and offers are subject to their own terms, can't be exchanged for cash, and can only be used once per order unless stated otherwise. We may end a promotion at any time.

12. Your personal information

We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our website when you placed it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.
