Delivery information
Every Golden Fleece order is packed and dispatched from the UK by our family team in Pembrokeshire, Wales. Once your order is on its way you'll receive a dispatch email with tracking details.
Delivery options and costs

The delivery options available to your address, and their costs, are always shown at checkout before you pay. Some Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes may take a little longer.
Delivery times
- Delivery times are given in working days and include the time it takes us to pack and dispatch your order.
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, particularly at busy times such as Christmas.
- If any item is temporarily out of stock, we'll let you know straight away and offer you the choice of waiting or a full refund.
Receiving your parcel
Orders are delivered to the address given at checkout, so please check it carefully. Our courier will keep you updated by email or text. If you need to change your delivery address, contact support@goldenfleece.online as soon as possible and before your order is dispatched. We can't be held responsible for parcels that the courier confirms were delivered to the address provided.
Damaged or missing parcels
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the packaging is damaged, or anything is missing or damaged inside, contact support@goldenfleece.online within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a short video and photos of the parcel (including the delivery label) and the item. Please keep all packaging until we've resolved it. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your parcel, check with neighbours and any safe place first, then let us know within 7 days and we'll open an investigation with the courier.
Orders to Europe
Our European delivery price of £14.99 does not include customs duty, import VAT or any courier handling fee. These charges are set by the destination country, are payable by the customer, and are collected by the courier, who may contact you by email or text with a payment link before or after delivery. If these charges are not paid, the parcel may be returned to us and the delivery cost may not be refundable. For countries outside the UK and Europe, or international trade enquiries, email trade@goldenfleece.online.
