Information we collect

  • Contact and order details: your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number and the products you buy.
  • Payment information: payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal and other payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Account information: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
  • Communications: anything you send us by email, phone, our contact form or chat.
  • Device and usage information: your IP address, browser, device and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Marketing preferences: whether you've signed up to our emails.

How we use your information, and our lawful basis

  • To take, deliver and support your order, including delivery updates, returns and customer care (performance of our contract with you).
  • To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
  • To prevent fraud and keep our website secure (legitimate interests).
  • To improve our website and products using analytics (legitimate interests, and your consent where cookies require it).
  • To send marketing emails about new colours and offers (your consent, or our legitimate interests for existing customers buying similar products). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
  • To show you relevant adverts on other websites and social media (your consent through our cookie banner).

Who we share it with

We only share your information with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

  • Shopify, which hosts our online store (Shopify privacy policy);
  • payment providers such as Shopify Payments and PayPal;
  • delivery and fulfilment partners, so your order reaches you;
  • email, review, chat and analytics providers, such as Shopify Email, Judge.me and Google Analytics;
  • advertising partners such as Google and Meta, where you've consented to marketing cookies;
  • our accountants, professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.

We never sell your personal information.

International transfers

Some of our providers, including Shopify, store or process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep order and accounting records for 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as UK law requires. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Customer service emails are kept for up to 2 years after we last hear from you. Account data is kept until you ask us to close your account.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make our store work (for example, your basket and checkout) and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your choices at any time through the cookie banner or Your Privacy Choices, and in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask us to correct or delete it;

Children

Our website is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16. Information about a baby or toddler's bedding needs is only collected as part of an order placed by an adult.
